1. Booking Process: Securing a place in our mentorship program necessitates completion of the registration form accessible on our website. Following submission, you will receive confirmation of your booking, accompanied by comprehensive instructions and payment details. 2. Payment: To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit is mandatory. The precise deposit amount will be clearly indicated during the registration process. Full payment of the mentorship fee is obligatory prior to the program's commencement, unless stated otherwise. 3. Mentorship Duties: Active engagement in all facets of the mentorship program is expected from participants. This includes attending scheduled sessions, fulfilling assigned tasks, and actively contributing to discussions and exercises. Maintaining transparent communication with your mentor is vital. Participants should promptly address any concerns or issues that may arise during the mentorship. 4. Failure to Keep Up: Failure to fulfill outlined duties, such as consistent absence from sessions, neglect of assigned tasks, or demonstrating a lack of commitment, may result in termination of the mentorship at the mentor's or program coordinator's discretion. Participants dropped from the mentorship due to failure to meet obligations will incur a fee of $1500, deducted from the total mentorship cost. 5. Refunds: Participants dropped from the mentorship program due to failure to meet obligations are ineligible for refunds on any fees previously paid. Voluntary withdrawal from the mentorship program may warrant a partial refund, subject to the program coordinator's discretion and as delineated in the terms and conditions provided during registration. 6. Program Modifications: The mentorship program and its schedule are subject to alteration at the mentor's or program coordinator's discretion. Participants will be promptly notified of any modifications. 7. Confidentiality: Participants are expected to uphold the confidentiality of any proprietary information or personal details shared during the mentorship program. Sharing program materials or discussions outside of the mentorship program is strictly prohibited without prior consent. 8. Code of Conduct: Participants are required to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the mentorship program. Any conduct deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the mentor or program coordinator may result in immediate termination from the program without refund.
