Booking Policy

1. Booking Confirmation All bookings must be made through our official website, via email, or by contacting our customer service team. A booking is only confirmed once payment is received, and a confirmation email has been sent to the client. 2. Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided during the booking process. 3. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 7-14 days before the service date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals. 4. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the service date will be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the service date. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee a new date within the desired timeframe. 5. Late Arrivals Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time, and the full service fee will still apply. If the client is more than 30 minutes late, the service may be considered a no-show and the booking canceled without refund. 6. Changes to Services We reserve the right to modify or cancel any service if necessary. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. 7. Special Requests Any special requests or requirements should be communicated at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but they cannot be guaranteed. 8. Liability We are not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the service.. 9. Code of Conduct Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings without refund if a client engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior. 10.
