We offer financing for non-owner occupied 2+ multi-unit for up to $30 million. Up to 80% of the Purchase Price + 100% of the Renovation Cost; Not to Exceed 70% of the ARV; 6 -12 month terms.
Current and past financing clients may request a standing capital between $10K- $100K. Approval based on current/past loan experience.
Financing options up to $100 million for commercial new builds (large apartments). Interest rates start at 4.75%. for a minimum of 1 year terms.
